Our Master program Computational Science has been rated 4.3 out of 5 in the most recent National Student Evaluation (NSE). This is 0.3 points higher than the average score in University of Amsterdam and 0.25 points higher than the Dutch national average. The score for Computational Science is the result of 32 respondents. This is the first time that the program received a score from NSE.
At the time of the evaluation the program had 115 students in total. Currently this has grown to about 150 and will continue to grow even further after September 2018 at which time about 90 newly accepted students will start their first year, the highest influx so far.
Dr. Michael Lees, program director, is more than happy with the result: “This is a significant effort from everyone, something we can all be proud of.”
