Title:
Modeling and Simulation of HIV-1 Intracellular Replication HIV intracellular replication is a complex process with different steps inside the cell. Steps of viral replication mainly include: Entry, reverse transcription, integration, transcription, translation, assembly and budding .We proposed a model to study different steps in HIV intracellular replication process, from infection to production of new viral proteins, and investigated the sensitivity of different steps during the whole replication cycle. The model can be used for further investigations on the viral intracellular growth and studies on estimating the efficiency of drug therapies by introducing the effect of replication inhibitors to the model.
